I specialize in helping organizations big and small quickly make an outsized impact.
I'm a multifaceted, hands-on product and design leader with over 17 years of experience building exceptional teams, visions, and experiences that lead to enduring relationships with their customers. I collaborate closely with stakeholders to shape interconnected strategies that multiply success across the organization and lead them through all stages of the product innovation process to bring our shared visions to life.
Born in India and raised in the Bay Area, my collective experiences have taught me to navigate unexpected, unfamiliar situations with relentless curiosity, empathy, compassion, and optimism—and to be able to connect the dots. Ultimately, this inspired me to embark on a design career where I could combine my love of making things with my love of interweaving different perspectives to create meaningful, elegant solutions.
Presently, I serve as the Head of Design and Research at Qventus, a healthtech and AI Series C startup, where I’m helping hospitals and clinics transform their pre-surgical and post-surgical workflows to increase care capacity, deliver exceptional patient outcomes, and bring joy back to their care staff.
Previously, as the Staff Product Designer at Sprinter Health, a Series A healthtech startup, I worked at lightning speed to remove healthcare barriers for patients by bringing a suite of hands-on, personalized health and diagnostics services into patients’ homes at zero cost to the patient.
Prior to that, as a Senior Product Designer at Intuit, I led innovation strategy and design across various teams to launch 0-100 product experiences that powered prosperity for self-employed, small businesses, and accountants. Before Intuit, I had the privilege of working at globally renowned design consultancies such as IDEO, Hot Studio, Method, and Conscious Creative, where I had the privilege of solving complex challenges for a number of organizations and industries and delivering solutions that led to powerful outcomes for their businesses.
I am helplessly drawn to complex and ambiguous challenges—especially those that have the potential to significantly improve outcomes for marginalized and vulnerable communities (which you will find common throughout my work).
I continue this passion outside of work, where I volunteer my time to mentor small businesses, start-ups, non-profits, and individuals. When not working or volunteering, I love movies and shows that span across Scifi and Horror, taking my family on adventures, collaborating on personal projects with my husband, experimenting with emerging technologies, learning new skills, and exchanging puns. My favorite holiday of the year is, as you can guess, Halloween. If I hadn’t found a career in design, I would probably have found myself in special FX makeup, computer special effects, and building immersive spaces, sets, and props.
